I see it might be nice to keep them in order of model number. Maybe I will do that in ChimeraX but I won't change Chimera for lack of time. In ChimeraX currently all histograms are always shown in a scrolling pane which has the problem that if you have many maps open then you have to scroll to see the one you want. But they stay in the order they were opened. I was thinking of letting you collapse the histogram to a single line giving the map name, again keeping them in order.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Tom</div><div class=""><br class=""><div><br class=""><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div class="">On Nov 16, 2018, at 3:03 PM, Jun Ha Song <<a href="mailto:junhasong@berkeley.edu" class="">junhasong@berkeley.edu</a>> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><div class=""><div dir="ltr" class=""><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Dear RBVI,</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br class=""></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Sometimes I accidentally open more than 4 maps into UCSF Chimera session without changing the number of histogram that can be shown to some value higher than the default value of first 3 maps.
