The only way on the Mac to see the info is to start Chimera from the command line, which means you won’t be able to see the results in Cytoscape, but maybe that’s good enough for your purposes? Anyway, you start Chimera from the command line like this:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>1) Start the command line: /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>2) Drag and drop the Chimera icon onto the resulting terminal window. This will put the path to Chimera in the command line.</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>3) To the path, remove the trailing space and append “/Contents/MacOS/chimera” and then hit Return.
