Assuming these are single models, you can achieve that effect by
opening the models in one Chimera session. Then align the
structures relative to each other -- the MatchMaker tool might be
helpful. Then use the Tile Structures tool to show them
side-by-side. And the last step is to use the Rotation tool to set
the center of rotation method to "independent". Now each model
rotates about its own center and is separated visually from the
others.<br>

The Rotation tool is in the Movement category and the others are in
the Structure Comparison category.<br>
