I will open a feature request in our Trac database to get this capability back. It will probably take a couple of months for me to get to it. You'll get automated mail from Trac when the implementation happens.</div><div><br></div><div>I went ahead and implemented #2 since I thought it would be trivial. It turned out to be a little less trivial than I had thought, but not too bad.
