<div>I ran "make install." This is what I think is happening: Everything except maninstall is working. Since it can't get past that step, radii.proto will not be installed and the makefile lines that say "clean" and "spotless" won't run. Is there a way to install this without the maninstall part? Maybe it's because I'm on Cygwin and the file structure is weird. Maybe it's that I don't know what I'm doing inside any Unix-like interface. I'll accept that, but there has got to be a better way to get DMS out. I've been going through the Dock-fan archives and DMS installation seems to be a persistent problem. I've been trying to get this thing to install since Friday. Meanwhile I've got two PhD's wondering when my fancy idea of using a free program off the internet to predict receptor binding is going to work. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but my patience and my nerves are frazzled. </div>
