Hi Sarah,
There is no need to contact us to use the noncommercial license -- this address is for commercial licensing correspondence.

When you click any of the platform-specific download links in the Chimera or ChimeraX download pages, the noncommercial license will appear and you can choose to click Accept (and continue download) or click Decline, in which case download will not occur. Because developing the exact wording of this license is a lengthy process involving the whole university's lawyers, we do not negotiate any changes.

Best,
Elaine

As part of our University review process, all legal Terms need to be examined to assure that we stay in compliance with Ohio law. Please provide all Terms (i.e. Terms and Conditions, Master Service Agreement, EULA, SAAS, etc.) that we need to accept in order to use your product.
