[Chimera-users] Finding disulphide bonds

Hi Elaine,

I have found out a way to select the disulphide bonded CYS residues in UCSF
chimera using the command: *select disulphide*.

However, is there a way to count the number of disulphide bridges in a
protein and save in a variable?
