Thanks Elaine,
After I reload the Keyboard Shortcuts file, the error does not show up.
Now I know what the issue is. I perceived that I've tried to modify certain keyboard shortcuts for ViewDock before. Maybe the changes I've made were saved in ViewDock_Accelerator.py. And it seems that by some accident I deleted that file.
I think this is a stupid question because of my carelessness. Thanks for you patient reply.
