Dear all,
I want to fit a pdb structure into a cryoem map.
Accordingly to the youtube tutorials I open both, place the correct pixel size, centre, and then I want to zoom only on the pdb file, but inactivating the cryoem map doesn't work: both maps zoom together.
What am I doing wrong?
