Chimera production release 1.16 is now available <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html>. This will be the last release to support Windows 7. See the release notes <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/relnotes/1.16.html> for what's new.
