Dear Anabel,

As others pointed out, you can just represent the beads as balls, points,
or wire, and remove all the pseudbonds.

On the other hand, how did you obtained your pdb? If you used GNOM in the
ATSAS package (GUI version), it writes pdbs with a bigger bead size, which
Chimera fails to represent by default. But if you use GNOM in the command
line, it writes pdbs with a smaller bead size, which are more compact,
smoother, and better for representation in Chimera, and others.
