Hi Francesco,
I don't know what you mean by atom ID.  The name would be shown in the balloon help that pops up when you put the mouse cursor over the atom.

Maybe you mean atom serial number.  In that case, you could select the atom and then use commands:

labelopt info serialNumber
label sel
