[Chimera-users] reset all models to the same center of rotation

Hi Jianhao,
The command to change center of rotation is "cofr" -- the help page lists the choices:

<https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/cofr.html>

I don't know which of the choices will work the best in your situation, so you may want to try a few different things, e.g.

cofr view
cofr models
cofr #2-4

...where the last one is to use the collective center of models 2-4.  Or, you could select a specific atom or set of atoms and use command: cofr sel
