[Chimera-users] problems with animation recording

Hi Alice,
Was there text on the window that appeared? My guess is that if it is the first time you made a movie, it is just a dialog saying to read and accept the MPEG license, but there is no command line in this dialog. You are just supposed to look at the MPEG license and then click the Accept button at the bottom to accept it, and then the movie will be made.

If my guess is wrong and it is something different, we would need more information from you, like a picture of the window that appears, or if you think it is a bug, instead of sending e-mail here, using the Chimera menu: Help... Report a Bug, and in that report describe all steps needed to show the problem.

I hope this helps,

I followed the instrcution in the you tube movie ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ephu9EpgRQg ) part 1 and part 2 that were very well explained. I recorded my animation but no movie was created. There is only an empty screen when playing the mp4 file.
