[Chimera-users] Where is the radius.nc map file in the Semliki Forest virus?

Dear Yepin Sun,
That is a very old tutorial (2005) — now radial coloring does not require another map. Instead you just use the by “radius” option in the Surface Color dialog, as described here:
<http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/surfcolor/surfcolor.html>

The Semliki Forest virus tutorial uses EMDB 1015, and in that case the “origin” to use in Surface Color dialog for coloring by radius is 0 0 0. In other data it might be in a different location.

I hope this helps,
Elaine
