[Chimera-users] Shiny cilnders

Hi Luca,
Wow, I never noticed that before!  Seems like a limitation or a bug, and I don’t know of a workaround…  I even tried saving them as VRML, deleting the originals, and then reading in the VRML axes, but they had exactly the same problem.

If you switch to ambient-only lighting (e.g. Viewing -> Lighting: Intensity, mode: ambient) the shiny highlights go away for everything, but I realize you may not want to do that.

Sorry about that — thanks for mentioning it, though.  I will make a ticket.
