ChimeraX also has perframe actions and obj export/import. If you only care about exporting the surfaces, I recommend hiding atoms and cartoons first so they don’t make the exported files huge (e.g. command: hide atoms, cartoons).
I had some problems just now when I tested exporting both cartoons and surfaces, which might be due to the enormous file size.
