[Chimera-users] Displaying chain trace without atoms

Hi Ahmad,
Chain trace = CA atoms. So after hiding all (command: ~disp) instead of displaying all (command: disp), show just the CA atoms (command: disp @ca).
I recommend looking at the “getting started: commands" tutorial to become more familiar with common display actions, and the “atom spec” page on how to specify certain atoms, residues, etc. in the command line:
