Dear Elaine,

I understand. Thanks.
For basic student usage ( like superimposing, docking , etc), is Chimera as efficient as BIOVIA virtual discovery studio?
I have MacBook and discovery is not compatible with Mac. So I’m looking for a pretty similar alternative.
Your support is highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Hi Simin,
Sorry, Chimera does not read dsv files (“DSV” can stand for different things, but Chimera doesn’t read any of them.) This page lists the kinds of files Chimera reads:

UCSF Chimera(X) team
