[Chimera-users] Changing depth cue to side to side from front to back

Hello Trevor,
Depth-cueing is always front-to-back, but you can 

(a) change the direction of the lighting, menu Tools… Viewing Controls… Lighting.  After moving the light(s) around on the sphere, you can save the configuration for later uses if you want

and/or 

(b) turn off depth cueing, e.g. with command “~set depthCue”

Yet another possibility if you are viewing a surface is to color it by distance from a plane (scolor with "geometry height” option), where you define the plane as one side of the viewing area and use a progressively darker color for higher distances.  However, it would not continuously update as you rotated, it would just apply to a specific position.
