[Chimera-users] regarding getting molecule from the ChEBI ID

Sorry, Chimera does not fetch by ChEBI ID.  My previous reply already gave an easy way to get the zwitterion, however.  

I looked at the ChEBI page for that molecule... although there are files you can download and open in Chimera, I don’t recommend it, because at least for beta-alanine the Molfile and SDF appear to contain only 2D representations with incorrect (very short) bond lengths), not meant to be used as 3D structure.
