[Chimera-users] Undo Move with movewholemolecules false

Hi Oliver,
The Fit in Map dialog in Chimera has an Undo button that will undo the fit of part of a molecule, and the ~fitmap command also does the same undo operation. I agree it would be handy if other ways of moving part of a molecule (besides fitmap) could be undone. We aren’t going to add that to Chimera since all new feature development is in ChimeraX. Conrad has just add some basic undo support to ChimeraX but it does not include motions yet. It will be possible to add undo of partial molecule motions in ChimeraX but we do not have a time frame for adding that.
