[Chimera-users] secondary structure incomplete

Hi Ming,
	I don’t really know why PyMOL wouldn’t show the secondary structure.  Chimera outputs legal HELIX/SHEET records.  I guess my suggestion is to ask on the PyMOL mailing list why PyMOL doesn’t show secondary structure for your molecule, and attach the PDB file so that they can figure out what the problem is.
