Good day,
Your PDB file is somewhat strange because it has the two molecules as one residue. Normally they would be two different residues so it would be easier to select one of them and delete it.
However, with your current file, you can open in Chimera, rotate the view so that you can Ctrl-drag a rectangular box around all the atoms of one copy but not any of the other copy. After you do that all the atoms of one copy will be selected. If you mess up you can just rotate the view as needed and Ctrl-drag again. When all the atoms of one copy (and none of the other copy) are selected, choose menu: Actions… Atoms/Bonds… delete
