[Chimera-users] rainbow color scheme

Dear Ramesh M,
There is no specific meaning except N-term is blue, C-term is red, and all of the other colors are in between, in a specific order.  It is just a way to help the eye to follow the chain from N-term to C-term.

“The default colors are blue, cyan, green, yellow, and red, in that order."
