[Chimera-users] resolution distribution on density maps

Hi Shivushiv,
Probably you seeing map surfaces colored by local resolution. This can be calculated using the ResMap software, and ResMap results opened in Chimera along with the original EM map.
Then you can use the Surface Color tool in Chimera to color the isosurface of the EM map by the values from the local resolution map from ResMap.
