Hi,
About the first thing: it probably shouldn’t be so picky, but it works if you remove the spaces in the atomspec, i.e.:
adjust angle 90 #0:4 at C#0:5 at C#0:6 at C
Also there is only one atom per residue, so you could simplify to
adjust angle 90 #0:4-6
