Hi Andrew,
It is free for noncommercial use.  Companies can also use Chimera, but subject to a commercial license.

I could forward this message to that address as well, but I think it depends on the number of users and some other information.  You may want to consider number of users/locations and then send email to that address.

I’m not involved in the commercial licensing process, otherwise I’d be more directly helpful!
