[Chimera-users] Cap color precedence when global clip planes slice through multiple volumes?

Hi Oliver,

  Would be nice if intesecting clipped surfaces showed the caps in a nice way.  I don’t know a way to do it so you see the outline of both surfaces.  If you clip one slightly in front of the other then the one behind is just not visible in the intersection region.  If Chimera automatically put them in some depth order say by model id number that might look a little cleaner.  To be able to choose the ordering would require some additional user interface.  As you point out this can already be done in a hard way using per-model clipping.
