[Chimera-users] saving multiple models in Chimera

Dear Kamil,
It means exactly what it says, you have to enter something that literally includes “$name” or “$number”.  For example, you could enter

A1_$number.pdb

Then Chimera substitutes in the actual numbers, to create multiple different names from the single name that you entered.
