[Chimera-users] Selective lighting

Thanks Elaine,

I was able to get the effect by saving a separate image of just the ligand
alone and a transparent background. I used different lighting/texture
settings for the ligand only image. Then in photoshop I manually
superimposed the brighter and shinier ligand on top of my original image.
It worked out well, but requires a few steps to see what you get.
