[Chimera-users] The question about fitting

Hi Zhongjun,

To save the fitted result, you would need to resample it on the grid of the other map.  This will create a new, fitted map copy.  Then if you open the new fitted copy and the other map in some other software, they will already be superimposed correctly.   See “saving maps after fitting” at the bottom of this page for how to do it:
