Hi Cristina,
One further note on transparent background.  Although Chimera puts transparent-background info into TIFF, Adobe Photoshop may not interpret it correctly.  I have always used PNG when making an image with a transparent background, and that has worked with Photoshop.  But maybe you aren’t using Photoshop anyway.

> When you are saving the image, if it is in png or tiff format and you are using a solid background, there will be a “Transparent background” check button in the “Options” area of the save-image dialog.  Check that and you should get a transparent background.
