Hi Cristina,
One further note on transparent background. Although Chimera puts transparent-background info into TIFF, Adobe Photoshop may not interpret it correctly. I have always used PNG when making an image with a transparent background, and that has worked with Photoshop. But maybe you aren’t using Photoshop anyway.
