See https://www.khronos.org/webgl/wiki/BlacklistsAndWhitelists to see
which graphics drivers are expected to work. I see that for Chrome
"WebGL is disabled on the dynamically switching NVIDIA+Intel GPUs", so
you would need to turn off the Intel GPU in your BIOS for WebGL to work.
