Hi Oliver,
The WebGL export is at least semi-experimental, and we are aware of several limitations in terms of differing appearance or omission of some things that are shown in the Chimera session. So while we aren’t surprised at the differences you report, it may still be useful in various situations.
Best,
Elaine

In particular the “WebGL” export can be viewed as a web page in most modern browsers, with the ability to manipulate the structure interactively.

Is it possible for us to export some special file format so that other users can only visualize my file, but they cannot edit or export file into PDB coordinate?
