Hi Ouyang,
What happened when you used the "save" command?
Unless you have previously saved or restored a session, the "Save Session" menu item will be grayed out, since it saves to whatever the current session name is -- and there is none. You use the "Save Session As" menu item instead. After you have to saved a session to some file, the "Save Session" menu item should become active.

Somehow, the file menu choice 'save session' is always displayed in gray and not clickable. Could anyone know what problem it would be and how to fix it? Thanks a lot!
