Hi Hossein,
Yes, but the hard part may be figuring out and providing the symmetry information to Chimera. You can create multimers from monomer PDB files using the "sym" command, but only if the symmetry information is given, either by you manually in the command with the "group" option, or already present in the header of the PDB file.
