Hi Trina,
	All my tests here worked.  So two things.  One is you should ensure E:\Chimera_frames already exists.  Chimera will not create the directory for you.  Second, is the directory really on drive E?  From the traceback it looks like you have Chimera installed on drive E and yet you said you wanted to save the frames to another drive.  Wouldn't that be some drive other than E?
	If neither of these is the problem then please use Help->Report A Bug so that we know exactly OS version you're using and what version of Chimera.  Thanks!
