Hi Sara,
The map formats don't include rotation information, so you would need to resample the rotated map on the grid of the other map.  This interpolates and makes a new map model.

However, Chimera does not write the spider format.  You would need to save in MRC, NetCDF, Chimera map, or BRIX format.
