Hi Yogendra,
I agree the problem should be fixed.
In the meanwhile, however, I would also like to emphasize that Chimera can save high-quality images for publication without raytracing. Most of the images in our Image Gallery
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/ImageGallery/>
are made by rendering directly in Chimera, not raytracing.
