[Chimera-users] installation problem

Hello Estrella,
We have a visiting scholar from Spain, and the 1.5.3rc Chimera works on
his Spanish Windows 7 64-bit laptop. So my guess is that your system is
missing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtime libraries that Chimera
needs to work. They are available from Microsoft at

Please let me know if installing the runtime libraries fixes the problem
