[Chimera-users] rotate command

Hi Alex,
You could use the command "turn," for example

turn y 90

would turn all active models 90 degrees around the "laboratory" Y axis, which is vertical in the plane of the screen.  You could instead specify some axis in the coordinate system of a model, or specify that only certain models should move, specify the center of rotation etc. -- details are in the manual page for "turn":
