[Chimera-users] Hydrogen Atoms

That's right -- Chimera does not automatically add hydrogens when you  
calculate/display a molecular surface.  I think that is the preferred  
behavior because (a) usually surface area calculations are done  
without hydrogens, and (b) the surface with hydrogens has more small  
bumps and looks more complicated.
