Hi JP,
I think the only paths in Chimera session file are for volume data
(molecular models are included directly in the session files). Two
years ago (Feb 13, 2008, Chimera 1.2509 and later) I made Chimera
sessions use relative paths for volume data. It only uses a relative
path if the session file is saved in the same directory as the volume
data file or when the volume data is in a subdirectory of the one where
the session is saved.
