Unfortunately, no. You can save all the structures from a single
cluster into a PDB file by selecting the cluster in the NMRCluster
panel, and then using the "Write PDB" button in the Model Panel; but
there is currently no way to do that for all clusters in a single
operation. I'll open a ticket for the enhancement, but I'm not sure
when it will actually be implemented, given all the other stuff we're
working on.
