[Chimera-users] Chimera on Ubuntu mounted on MAC using VMware Fusion

Hi Andy,

Your flickering display again sounds like a problem with your virtual
linux machine, specifically its graphics driver, not a problem that can
be solved within Chimera.

I wonder if your color dialog not appearing is because it is hidden
behind another dialog. When you press the color button Chimera asks to
raise the color dialog so it is visible, but I saw last week a linux
system where that did not happen. That would be a problem with the
window manager or perhaps the Tk window toolkit. It correctly raises
the color dialog on the Mac Aqua version of Chimera.
