[Chimera-users] transparency change for a whole model

Hi Neil,
The "transition" command comes from a Chimera plug-in (not distributed
by default). The plug-in is on the "Experimental Features" web page and
is called "Animation Commands". Unfortunately we do not have any
built-in capability to do color fades.
