[Chimera-users] Generated density maps

Hi Maya,
Chimera does not write CCP4 format. I am surprised that Coot does not
read the MRC map. Does it give an error message? Have you tried
changing the file suffix to whatever Coot expects (.map?). The
differences between MRC and CCP4 format are very small and usually do
not prevent these file types being read interchangably.
