[Chimera-users] Color using Beta factor

Hi Batsal,
You can search the archives here (it's the "Contact Us" link from the  
Chimera home page):

You can color by B-factor and other attributes using the "Render by  
Attribute" tool:

render.html

or with the command "rangecolor" (see example near the bottom):
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/rangecolor.html

Also, Part I of the Attributes tutorial includes using Render by  
Attribute to color by B-factor:
