[Chimera-users] AMBER netCDF trajectory

Hi, Eric,

It's great to know that it's in your plan. So far, I can survive without
netCDF support by staying with text format. Eventually, I (probably lots
of other amber people) will shift to netCDF.

I guess I may help a little, coz lots of my script dealing with amber
trajectory are written in python, so I need to adapt them to the netCDF
format. Could you give me a little direction that which files are
related with the trajectory format support?

Thanks,
Mingfeng
